- Tenant renewal and positive review rates across our managed units reach up to 90%. For the remaining 10%, we continuously review our operations and strive to further improve service quality.
- The company also offers a referral incentive program. Existing tenants who introduce family members or friends to rent our units will receive a referral reward of up to 50% of the rental amount upon successful leasing.
